Preorder items: Please DO Not order in stock items with preorder items as this will delay your order. If you don’t mind waiting for all them to ship together, you can order them together. Your order WILL NOT ship until the order is complete. Also, please remember when ordering a preorder, they can take up to 6-8 weeks to arrive but it can come sooner depending how busy the suppliers are. Preorder items cannot be cancelled after you ordered them.
Shipping policy: Ava Grace Boutique is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. We do offer shipping insurance to protect your purchases. Priority mail comes with insurance. Any additional insurance that needs to add to your order, please contact us. If you choose not to purchase insurance, we cannot replace or refund your order.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We are not responsible if the shipping is late due to the carrier. It is out of our control.
